Bidlack Farriery Pricing:

-          Standard trim: $30

-          Standard shoeing (includes standard trim): $70

• For only partial shoeing (set of 2 standard shoes, includes standard trim): $50

-          Trip charge: $1 per mile

• No trip charge if horses are brought to premise 

Specialty Shoes: Prices vary, please inquire with Bidlack Farriery prior to appointment so that inventory can be assured

 *Bidlack Farriery is happy to work with your veterinarian to create a proactive plan that is best for your horse.

Other Applicable Fees:

-          Catch Fee: $50/horse

•  Bidlack Farriery is not responsible for catching or penning a horse. A catch fee will result in such situations.

-          Training Fee/Uncooperative Horse Fee: $100/hour

• Bidlack Farriery is not responsible for training a horse to pick up its feet or stand cooperatively. If a horse has not been taught basic handling or appropriately prepared for farrier service, a fee will result.
• Bidlack Farriery will not twitch, sedate, or restrain a horse in any way. If sedation is necessary, it must be performed by a licensed veterinarian.

Guarantees:

-          Shoeing Guarantee

• If a horse throws a shoe within one week of shoeing, Bidlack Farriery will replace the shoe at no cost to the owner.

 Credentials:

 -          B.S. Animal Science: Livestock Management, Montana State University

-          Minor in Ag Business, Montana State University

-          Graduate of Montana State University Horseshoeing School

-          Experience with rodeo and performance horses

-          Experience working with horses suffering from angular limb deformities, hoof and leg ailments, and performance related injuries and developments such as degenerative joint disease and Navicular syndrome

Bidlack Farriery strives to provide the highest quality farriery service at the lowest cost to clients. In the case of a referral, the client responsible for referring Bidlack Farriery to others will receive a 5% discount towards their next appointment.
